We have used this gel for many years, and have been completely satisfied in all respects. It is great to soothe and heal burns, and a dab placed in each nostril at the first sign of stuffiness opens airways and prevents a cold from taking hold. We wouldn't be without a couple of jars in our house at all times. The Silver Miracles Lip Balm is great also; much better than Chap Stick!
